What happened to Ari at Home and Away?
Rob Kipa-Williams, who played Ari Parata, left the show following his character’s devastating exit arc.
Ari’s moments of death, shown on Australian television, came after he was diagnosed with pseudomyxoma peritonei, an extremely rare form of cancer. He had chosen to die on his own terms, surrounded by his family, rather than undergo routine and harsh surgeries.
After the final scenes of his character aired, Kipa-Williams took to Instagram to express his dissatisfaction with the outcome.

Has Ari left home and away?
A murder suspect, Ari, is leaving the show in 2022 in place of Leah Patterson. He was remanded in custody and the Paratas paid him several visits, but it all happened off-screen, which is rare.
