What is a Battle Bus in Fortnite?
In Fortnite: Battle Royale, the Battle Bus is a game mechanic. It was first introduced during the preseason. In Battle Royale, the Battle Bus is an aircraft that transports players to the island at the start of each game. It has a random path it takes across the island to let players exit and land. This is a straight line at all times. Players who have not exited the Battle Bus will be released from it once it reaches the end of its path. The Battle Bus has been upgraded to a deadly armored vehicle.
However, with Chapter 3 Season 2, the Battle Bus first appeared on the Fortnite map as a drivable vehicle for players. In addition to its heavy armor and large tires, the Fortnite Battle Bus now has two turrets that can be used to deal damage. There is also a cowcatcher on the front. Drive and drive the Fortnite Battle Bus and may you and your teammates demolish every obstacle in your way. Despite the fact that supplies of this new vehicle are extremely limited, if you want to get your hands on it, you’ll want to seek it out as soon as possible. This guide will show you where to find Battle Bus in Fortnite.

Battle Bus Locations in Fortnite
Starting at the bottom of the map in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2, you’ll find an Armored Battle Bus in the southwestern part of the desert. You can find the bus between the main building and the smaller sections below right in the center of the Synapse Station Point of Interest (POI). Battle Bus number 2 is in the middle line of the map to the east. Sanctuary is the POI you want to find, and this is the area where the Armored Battle Bus will be parked on the eastern border. It’s not quite on the beach but on the green hills right in front of it in the sanctuary. The last place to find an Armored Battle Bus is also the newest. The Daily Bugle is the third and final location previously previously hovered over by an airship until it crashed into the ocean along with the latest patch for the game. The bus parks on the south side of the buildings when looking at a map. Once you’ve found a bus in these three locations, you still need to drive it to any gas station on the map, but preferably to those nearby. Reaching three gas stations at once can take some time, but at least the bus can take a beating.
Where can I find Battle Bus locations in Fortnite?
There are three battle buses on the Fortnite map so far. The Battle Bus can be found in the following locations:
More Armored Battle Buses will most likely appear later in the season. If this is the case, we will of course update the article. But let’s get down to the specifics.
A battle bus is located at Synapse Station, at the southernmost location on the map. Go behind the main building to the middle of the void.
On the Fortnite map, Sanctuary is to the east. This is the main location of the Seven. The Battle Bus is near the south end of the road that runs parallel to the beach.
The daily bugle
The Daily Bugle is located in the northeast corner of the Fortnite map, inside a huge crater. The Battle Bus is south of the main building.

How to drive the Battle Bus in Fortnite?
In order to drive Fortnite’s Battle Bus, you must first unlock it through any Funding Station on the map. Fortnite’s Battle Bus can only be accessed after donating enough gold bars to one of the funding stations and receiving enough donations from the community. You and other players in the game can unlock this vehicle for a small fee of 50 gold bars each.
When a specific funding station reaches 100%, the Armored Battle Bus becomes available to nearby players. And the required payment is gold bars that can be obtained from any dead enemy player, POI or loot box to complete the mission. After that, you can take care of an Armored Battle Bus, jump in and take control of it.
How do I control a Battle Bus?
Battle Buses work similarly to other vehicles in Fortnite, except for the extra seats and deadly turrets.
Below are the basic vehicle control settings for each individual platform the game is available on:
“L1” – handbrake
D-Pad “Down” – honk the horn
“R3” – change seat
“Square” (hold) – get off
“Circle” – lift
“Triangle” – radio on/off
“X” – Next station
If you have changed your key assignment, the above settings no longer apply. You control the tower by sitting in it, aiming with your aim button and shooting with your fire button. It makes more sense to use the Battle Bus in groups of two, three or four than alone. The bus, on the other hand, does not have an infinite lifespan. If your enemies destroy it, it will explode and damage you. So always keep an eye on the life meter.
Fortnite by Epic Games is an online video game that was released in 2017. It’s available in three different game mode variants that share the same general gameplay and game engine: Fortnite: Save the World, a cooperative hybrid tower defense shooter survival game for up to four players in which they fight zombie-like fight creatures and defend objects with traps and fortifications they can build; Fortnite Battle Royale, a free-to-play battle royale game where up to 100 players compete to be the last survivor; and Fortnite Creative, in which players are completely free to create worlds and battle arenas. Save the World and Battle Royale were Early Access titles released in 2017, while Creative was released on December 6th, 2018. While Epic Games’ Save the World and Creative versions thrived, Fortnite Battle Royale became a smash hit and cultural phenomenon, attracting more than 125 million players in less than a year and making hundreds of millions of dollars a month. As of December 2019, Fortnite generated gross sales of $9 billion.
